A sustainable business - Mint's eco credentials

Rob Derbyshire

In today’s world the impact of climate change is increasingly evident, and with rising sea levels, extreme weather more common than ever, and vital food chains in peril it’s more important than ever for businesses to prioritise their sustainability. This is why Mint, as a small business aim to be climate conscious from the start. We’ve woven eco-friendly practices into the very fabric of our operations, proud to share how our commitment to the environment shapes every aspect of what we do to provide a sustainable way forward for the paper industry.

100% Recyclable Products

Every product we offer is 100% recyclable. This means that once it has served its purpose of brightening your day it can be fully repurposed or transformed into new products, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Made from 100% Recycled Materials

Not only are our products all recyclable, but our notebooks and art prints are also made from 100% recycled materials. This double-layer of sustainability ensures that. By sourcing materials that have already been used and recycled, we’re not only thinking about the end of a product’s life cycle but also its beginning, and minimising the need for any new raw materials, reducing the strain on our planet’s resources.

All our products are also made from FSC certified materials, a testament to our commitment to a sustainable paper industry climate friendly future.

Local, Climate-Friendly Suppliers

We believe that our responsibility to the environment extends beyond our own operations. No business stands alone, that’s why we're also looking beyond our own operations when addressing our climate impact, and only working with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. By choosing suppliers based in the UK to keep our supply chains small, and using low carbon couriers, we can keep our carbon footprint low at every step of the product lifecycle.

Supporting Climate Change Initiatives

True sustainability however means looking beyond reducing our own impact and also to the future, supporting wider change across the most polluting sectors. That's why we're aiming to donate 10% of our annual profits to charities and businesses dedicated to fighting climate change. These organisations are leading the way to deliver a wide range of initiatives from reforestation to, plastic removal and developing renewable energy solutions to the most polluting industries.

By supporting these causes, we can contribute to larger systemic changes that can protect our planet for the future.

Our Commitment to a Greener Future

At [Your Business Name], we want to be part of a global movement that allows businesses to develop the solutions our planet needs for a greener, more sustainable future, and we'd love your support in this mission, reach out to us with any questions or to learn more about our eco-friendly practices, and stay tuned for more announcements in the future!
